Pelikaan Casino is continually enhancing our product offerings and Players Club experience. We are seeking a motivated Players Club Host to support our marketing initiatives, drive the growth of our Players Club, and ensure that guests consistently have an exceptional experience.

Description & Responsibilities

The Players Club Host reports to the Marketing Manager and Floor Managers, supporting both operational and marketing efforts by serving as the primary point of contact for casino guests. The Players Club Host’s primary objective is to increase guest visit frequency and loyalty by delivering personalized service and proactively ensuring a positive guest experience.

  • Always maintain a positive and friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Greet casino guests and participate in the operation of casino promotions.

  • Register new Players Club members, update account information as needed, issue membership cards, and actively promote the Players Club by effectively communicating the benefits of our loyalty program to prospective members.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the players club loyalty program, all casino promotions, and the casino management software.

  • Help build brand loyalty by engaging with customers and participating in telemarketing campaigns by sending personalized and targeted offers and responding to player inquiries.

  • Always protect the confidentiality of internal casino information as well as player data.

  • Effectively handle guest complaints and disputes in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.

  • Submit reports as requested.

Requirements

  • Customer-first mentality, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

  • Written and spoken fluency in Papiamentu is required, along with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospitality or service role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, friendly customer service and demonstrating a proactive attitude.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
